Need help remembering what internal temperature to cook your pork at, and for how long? Here’s a chart from the Food Safety division of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
Generally speaking, use a meat thermometer and cook your pork until the internal temperature reaches 145°F with a three-minute rest time after removing from the heat, per the USDA and HHS recommendation.
